Staff was friendly, THANKS. Room was functional, with everything required.

Relexed hotel which has all basic facilities and is clean and comfortable and could be recommended to both businessmen and families. (There is a play area for children near the restaurant). I was staying in a room facing the front of the hotel, unfortunately there was a lot of traffic noise in the morning and evenings.

Most of the people at the desk have no idea or imagination how to handle extraordinary situations, but for the chef herself. Luckely she's omnipresent.
The suite we booked is not available as all suites are under revision. This is not reflected on Bookîng.com. But for the breakfast table, there's not much that would reflect a 4 star hotel. Put a carpet on the floors to damp the corridor noice.

Was quoted COP$119.000 and ended up needing to pay COP$150.000 per night. Would noy have stayed if I new yhat was the reañ price but was too late to cancel.
